Installation: Clean the surface with 70% Alcohol ONLY, any other window cleaner such as Windex will deteriorate any sticker adhesive.

I ordered through this company and I never received my order. I reached out initially asking how long orders take to ship because I was trying to make in time for someone’s birthday. They told me it took time because all items are custom. But then they said it would ship the next day. Received a tracking number but the item never left. I even paid for 3 day shipping. It just said the item was in pre shipping and that USPS hadn’t received the package for about a week and half. The shop says all sales are final too so there was no option to be begin a refund process.
